Wiggins Horsemanship · East Texas

An accomplished horseman with a background in rodeo and showing, Shanna has produced students who have earned world, national, and state titles across multiple disciplines. Her program is centered around youth riders — teaching balance, goal-setting, the mental aspects of riding and competing, horse care, equine science, and true horsemanship. She has a deep heart for children and horses, and has passionately combined the two into an ongoing education program that shapes riders for life.

CHISHOLM
The Chisholm Trail

You're not just riding a trail. You're riding THE trail.

Ride the
Chisholm Trail

The trails at Sand & Saddles wind through the Chisholm Trail Outdoor Museum grounds along the shores of Lake Pat Cleburne — the very same land that millions of longhorns and the cowboys who drove them crossed during the great Texas cattle drives of the 1800s. This isn't a theme park recreation. This is the real thing. Saddle up and ride where history was made.
